What sort of speeds can I expect?

Speeds will vary depending on carrier, location, time, and local area demand. Some locations can provide stable 120Mb/s download speeds, whereas others may only provide 10Mb/s speeds. Because of the variable nature of 4G coverage, we allow all customers to try 4G service with the carrier of their choice for free during the first 2 weeks. This "test" period allows customers to determine the stability and performance of the 4G service before having to pay for it.

Do have a return policy?

Yes! We have a 2-week return policy and offer full refunds for all purchases. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.

Is there really no data limit or throttling restrictions?

Yes! You can use as much data as you want without being throttled. While there is no data-usage enabled throttling, you can experience speed reductions during times of heavy network usage in your area. Additionally, video streams may be limited to 1080p quality in some areas.

Can I use external antennas to improve my signal quality and network performance?

Yes! Our modems are compatible with a wide variety of 4G antennas. Using an outdoor directional antenna can significantly improve network speeds in many instances. We do not directly sell antennas at this time, but we can provide links to tested antennas that are sold on Amazon and eBay. For more information on antennas, please email, text, or call us.

Can I use your 4G plans with another modem or device?

No. Our plans are specifically configured for our series of 4G modems/routers. Attempting to use a supplied SIM card in another device will result in service disruption.

How can I determine what sort of 4G coverage I have in my area?

There are two methods you can use to test 4G coverage with a specific carrier. The first option is to use a device (such as a smartphone) running on a carrier's network and perform a speedtest. This will give a general idea of what sort of speeds can be expected when using the modem without an external antenna. The second option is to visit the CellMapper website and search for your location. This can provide information on cell towers located nearby.

How long does shipping/processing take?

Generally, processing an order can take between 1 and 2 business days. Shipping occurs via USPS, and depending on your selection, can take between 2 and 5 business days. When checking out, you will be notified of the expected shipping time.

What do I do if I haven't received any email notifications for my order yet?
